Hi there, my name is Stefan, welcome to my Power Golf Training Program review. If you are looking for the official Power Golf Training Program site the you can access it by clicking here.

I’m going to give you an honest, no-holds-barred review of the Power Golf Training Program and cover off both the good and bad aspects of it as I see them... if that’s not what you are after then I’d suggest this is not the site for you.

The reason I decided to write this review is that I’d seen some good things written about the product and being an avid golfer myself I wanted to see if it could possibly live up to the expectations that had been set for it by others.

I mean, here are just some of the comments I’d found about the program...

“I can literally feel my improved flexibility in everyday life let alone on the course. My swing has now developed from a rigid 1/2 to 3/4 swing to a more fluid 3/4 plus swing.”

"Your golf fitness program has worked wonderfully for my golf. My shoulder problem, which was horrendous, has now virtually cleared, all thanks to you and your golf exercises.”

“I have been doing the golf exercise program in your ebook, and I can vouch for the extra distance that I am getting. (I have been playing golf from March 2005 and I used to hit my driver about 200 yards with difficulty. I can now hit about 250 yards consistently with the driver and my distance with the other clubs has increased as well)”

So, I decided that I should grab a copy of this ebook myself and read through it to see what exactly about it was so great. Thankfully, the process of getting a copy was really straight forward as you have a choice of payment options and once that is done (in a few minutes) you get instant access to the content, no need to wait for anything to be sent to you in the post, which is great when you want to get started asap.

The first thing I realised was that this is a pretty large document to get through, there were over 200 pages in the ebook made up of 13 chapters of content talking about how your fitness has an impact on your swing and how you could improve your consistency etc. I was a bit worried that I would be overwhelmed with everything that Mike Pederson (the author) was going to try and teach me but thankfully it was all laid out nice and clearly.

Just so you can get an idea of the thoroughness of this ebook here's a selection of chapters that Mike takes you through in an effort to clearly explain his methods, their benefits and how they will make a difference to your game:

  • Chapter 3 - Are you fit for golf?
  • Chapter 5 - What's your 'core' got to do with it?
  • Chapter 6 - Dynamic ball exercise for better stability
  • Chapter 9 - Pre, During, and After Golf Stretches
  • Chapter 12 - Staying Motivated

Each of the sections of the ebook were clear and easy to understand and once I had an idea of exactly who Mike was and his history in golf fitness coaching it became pretty obvious to me that he was someone that I could rely on to tell me exactly what I needed to know in order to make the types of changes he was suggesting.

Another thing I really liked was that Mike has taken the time to use images to illustrate the exercises that he wants you to do as well as giving you very clear instructions for how you need to perform them. Another great thing is that for each exercise he is very clear about what the benefits will be for your golf swing so you can quickly see which ones are going to be the most helpful for your game.

Granted, as good as the ebook is I can’t say that it’s perfect and as I promised you a no-holds-barred review I wanted to ensure you were aware of my thoughts.

So here goes, a couple of issues I found...

For one, this ebook has been around for a while which I didn’t immediately realise when I was reading through the sales page, so there isn’t really anything revolutionary about the content. In saying that however, the fact that the program has stood the test of time is a testament to the quality of the content and reading through it I’ve realised that the fact that it’s targeted at golfers in particular is what makes it all the more useful.

Secondly, there are a lot of exercises in this ebook and while they are clearly explained it does feel like there is a huge amount I could be doing in terms of golf exercises that I'm not and working out what's best for me could be a challenge. What I will say though is that Mike has provided a number of different types of exercises in the ebook ranging from on-the-course warm-ups to in-the-office training that can be done during the day through to a travel training program that keeps you fit even if you don’t have any equipment around, so once I've spent some time reviewing all the options I am sure things will become clearer.

Overall this ebook is really quite impressive. There are so many different golf exercises included in this program that it should be easy for anyone to find something to help them and I know that I am certainly going to see the benefits of Mike’s program in the long run.

Thanks for reading my review, I hope you’ve found it really useful.

Regards,

Stefan
